Customer data: When you sign up for a demo or pilot, we collect your name, email address, phone number, company name, and team size. This is used solely to onboard you and communicate about the product.
End-user data (your leads): iSalesOS stores lead records — names, phone numbers, disposition history, call logs, and notes — that your team uploads or generates through use of the platform. This data belongs to you. We process it on your behalf.
Usage data: We collect standard server logs including IP addresses, browser type, and page interactions to maintain platform security and improve performance.
We use collected data to: provide and operate the iSalesOS platform; respond to your demo or support requests; send product updates and billing communications; and comply with legal obligations. We do not sell your data to third parties. We do not use your lead data for advertising.
All data is stored on servers located in India. We use industry-standard encryption in transit (TLS 1.2+) and at rest. Access to customer data is restricted to authorised iSalesOS personnel on a need-to-know basis. Our audit log feature ensures every data access and modification is recorded and tamper-proof.
iSalesOS integrates with third-party services including cloud telephony providers, Meta Lead Ads, and WhatsApp Business API. Data shared with these services is governed by their respective privacy policies. We only share what is necessary for the integration to function.
We retain your account and lead data for the duration of your subscription plus 90 days after termination, allowing for data export. After this period, data is permanently deleted. You may request earlier deletion by writing to us.
Under applicable Indian data protection law (DPDP Act 2023), you have the right to access, correct, and request deletion of your personal data. To exercise these rights, email hello@isalesos.com. We will respond within 30 days.
Our marketing website uses no third-party tracking cookies. The platform itself uses session cookies strictly necessary for authentication. We do not use advertising or analytics cookies.
We may update this policy as the product evolves. Material changes will be communicated via email to registered customers at least 14 days before they take effect.

By accessing iSalesOS or signing up for a pilot, you agree to these Terms. If you are entering into these Terms on behalf of a company, you represent that you have authority to bind that company.
iSalesOS provides a cloud-based CRM and calling platform for sales teams. Features include lead management, cloud dialer integration, call logging, follow-up scheduling, analytics, and AI call summaries. The platform is provided on a subscription basis.
You may use iSalesOS only for lawful commercial sales operations within India. You may not: resell or sublicense access to the platform; reverse engineer any part of the software; use the platform to store or transmit unlawful content; or attempt to gain unauthorised access to any system or data.
You own all lead data and customer data you upload to iSalesOS. You grant us a limited licence to process this data solely to provide the service. You are responsible for ensuring you have lawful basis to collect and process the personal data of your leads, in accordance with applicable Indian law including the DPDP Act 2023 and TRAI regulations.
Subscription fees are billed as agreed in your order. Pilots are billed at a fixed flat fee for 30 days. After the pilot, continued use requires a subscription agreement. All fees are exclusive of applicable taxes. Non-payment may result in suspension of access.
We target 99.5% monthly uptime for the platform. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance. Support is provided via email during Indian business hours. We do not guarantee uptime of third-party integrations (telephony providers, Meta, WhatsApp) as these are outside our control.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, iSalesOS is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost revenue or data loss. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid in the 3 months preceding the claim.
Either party may terminate the subscription with 30 days written notice. We may suspend access immediately if we detect a material breach of these Terms. On termination, you may export your data within 90 days, after which it is deleted.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Hyderabad, Telangana.
